Hire Velocity Acquires TSC Services; Expands Recruiting Services

Strategic Acquisition Expands Recruiting Service Capabilities for Both Companies.  Taps into  Government Sector Recruiting Expertise.

Tampa, FL   January 14, 2011

Hire Velocity, a national, technology enabled recruiting company focused on volume hiring for permanent positions, recently completed the acquisition of TSC Services, LLC. TSC Services, a Vienna, VA based business focuses on placing top contract recruiters in the Government sector, one of the strongest growth verticals for recruiting services.  Hire Velocity now owns a majority interest in TSC. The companies began working together almost a year ago as sales channel partners.  Over time, the relationship strengthened as a strong breadth of synergies emerged relative to sourcing capabilities, technology and client needs.

As the market continues to improve, Hire Velocity has enjoyed significant customer growth and a need for a broader set of recruiting services.  TSC Services provides a very complementary suite of services in a vertical sector that Hire Velocity had not previously penetrated.  Additionally, Hire Velocity has a very robust technology platform which TSC will now fully utilize to enhance their client capabilities.  The combined entity will now offer recruiting services including: Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, contract recruiting, sourcing and screening, name generation, and passive candidate development.
