Hire Velocity uses a wide variety of search tools including job boards, social media, cold calling and our proprietary tools. Leveraging our search tools, we provide as many names, phone numbers, and emails of candidates that we can find who are in these competitive positions today. We have the ability to customize your report to adding additional fields to include what type of education or degree a candidate has as well as specific quotas that display a candidates years of experience in a particular field. The final product is a list of candidates from the companies that you specified including the contact information that we generated.

Our passive candidate development service can be added onto the name generation service to complete the recruiting process. In this case, we actually reach out to the list of names and phone screen the candidates for full qualifications, availability and interest in the position. We submit the final qualified candidate with resumes and full phone screens to you for hiring.
