Hire Velocity Strengthens Federal Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Practice with Appointment of Craig Dellorso
Technology and Human Capital Specialist Offers Considerable Operational and Leadership Experience
February 25, 2014 – Vienna, VA: Hire Velocity, a leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Dellorso as Managing Director for Hire Velocity Federal, a dedicated business unit that provides recruiting resources and strategies to support government and public-sector contracts. Dellorso has extensive experience developing client-driven solutions within the technology and human capital arenas, with particular expertise in deploying large-scale managed services programs.
Based in metropolitan Washington, DC, Dellorso is charged with accelerating Hire Velocity’s prominence in the Federal sector by identifying and developing client relationships and managing service delivery. He will apply expertise gained across a full spectrum of recruitment outsourcing – from targeted contract assignments to comprehensive RPO engagements. Dellorso will also manage the integration and expansion of the Federal practice established by TSC Services, LLC, which was recently acquired by Hire Velocity.
Prior to joining Hire Velocity, Dellorso served as the Chief Customer Officer for Avectra, the leading provider of association management software. In that role, he was responsible for providing professional services, training, and customer support to more than 1,750 organizations. Earlier, he held sales and operational leadership roles for high growth companies, including mindSHIFT Technologies, System One Solutions and MBA Management.

Craig’s capacity for building high performing teams was honed as a U.S. Naval Officer, when he was selected to lead and staff the Joint Chiefs of Staff Flag Dining Facility for then Chairman Colin Powell. He completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Naval Academy and received a MBA from Marymount University.
