Hire Velocity Appoints Sara West to Champion Operational Excellence
Strong Background in Financial and Business Analysis Supports Metrics-Driven RPO Environment
September 29, 2014 – Atlanta, GA: Hire Velocity, a leading RPO provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sara West as Operations Manager, a new position created to strengthen the company’s operational oversight. Sara will employ data-driven analysis to further develop industry-leading best practices across the company’s sales and service delivery functions.
Sara brings impressive experience within investment banking and capital markets to the role. Most recently she served as a Financial Analyst for Signal Hill Capital Group in New York, where she specialized in the IT services and IT security software sectors. Sara played a pivotal role in researching, valuating and executing major deals, completing extensive due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. She also honed her management and communication skills as the primary liaison between the financial diligence and legal teams of private equity firms and clients.

Sara began her career at Garber Venture Capital Fund, where she had oversight responsibility for teams that evaluated opportunities and performed due diligence for investments within the medical industry. She graduated from the Schreyer Honors College at The Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Accounting and B.S. in Accounting, as well as concentrations in Economics and Religious Studies. She is based in Atlanta, GA.
